TENTATIVE LEGISLATIVE SCHEDULE FOR REVIEW OF SERVICES CONTRACTS – 2026

Service contracts with a total projected cost of at least $25,000 and an annual amount less than $50,000 must be reported.

Service contracts with an annual contract amount of at least $50,000, or if the total projected cost is at least $350,000 must be reviewed. 

This schedule is updated as dates are provided to the Office of State Procurement (OSP). You may also check the Arkansas State Legislature website at www.arkleg.state.ar.us for changes or cancellations. Dates are subject to change.
