About EBD
The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) manages group health and life insurance plans, as well as other select benefits, to develop high-quality programs for eligible members while promoting customer service, education, accessibility, and affordability. EBD is one of eight divisions that make up the Department of Shared Administrative Services (SAS). ARBenefits is the name of the health insurance program that is available to State and Public School employees, families and retirees.
