The Legal Office for the Department of Shared Administrative Services (SAS Legal) provides legal assistance, guidance, and representation to all divisions of the Department. SAS Legal develops State policies, promulgates rules, conducts hearings, assists with legal questions regarding public information requests, and generally performs any research, writing, or representation needed for the Department.
