Building Operations Section

The DBA Building Operations Section is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all buildings, structures, and grounds owned, leased, or managed by the DBA. Our current building portfolio includes approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space located in Little Rock and Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Our goal is to provide tenants with outstanding customer service and to complete requested work orders in a professional and timely manner.

If you are a tenant in one of our managed facilities, you may submit a maintenance work order request by emailing [email protected] or by calling 501-324-9291. Tenants outside Central Arkansas may call 1-800-303-1953. Please include as much detail as possible, such as:

• Building name, floor, and suite number
• Description of the issue (for example, leaking faucet or hallway light not working)
• Urgency of the situation (routine, urgent, or emergency)
• Your name and contact information
