Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Coming Soon.
On March 11, 2026, the Arkansas State Cybersecurity Office will begin requiring Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) registration for all users. This new feature lets you reset your password securely—without contacting the help desk.
At least two of the following authentication methods are required to complete registration.
- Mobile app notification
- Mobile app code
- Mobile phone
- Office phone
- Security questions
After SSPR registration is required, you will be prompted to register your authentication methods the next time you sign in. You may also choose to register in advance by following the steps below.
🔐 How to Register for Self-Service Password Reset
- Open a new browser window and browse to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup.
- Sign in with your email account information to register your authentication methods.
- Once finished, select the “Looks good” button and close the browser window.
🔁 How to Reset Your Password
- Open a new browser window and browse to https://aka.ms/sspr.
- Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA characters.
- Click Next and follow the verification steps.
- Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your password has been reset.
