Schools in America are requiring increasingly higher broadband speeds for the necessary bandwidth to the Internet as well as inter-district connectivity between schools/buildings to meet the growing demand of technology in today’s education. Libraries also require higher broadband speeds to provide public services. The attached document highlights the requirements for additional high speed broadband, the educational technologies and library consumer requirements that are driving that need.
