Vendor Registration

We’re excited to support you in doing business with the State of Arkansas.

The Ariba Business Network Portal is the official system for businesses and individuals to register as suppliers with the state.

If you registered with the State of Arkansas before the launch of the new Ariba Business Network Portal on July 11, 2026, a new registration must be submitted if you are updating an existing AASIS account, responding to a solicitation, or if you have a current contract with the state.

Please review the Quick Reference Guide for step‑by‑step instructions on completing your registration and this ‘SAP Ariba Supplier FAQs‘ document for answers to many common questions.

How to Register

You may register using one of the following methods:

1. Register Using an Email Invitation

If you received an email invitation from the State of Arkansas, click the link provided in the email to begin your registration.

2. Request an Invitation

If you did not receive an email invitation, visit the Arkansas Vendor Registration Portal to request one.  Once your registration is reviewed and approved by the Vendor Master Data Team in the Office of State Procurement, you will receive a confirmation email containing your AASIS vendor number.

Updating Your Account

After receiving your AASIS vendor number, you may update your account at any time by accessing the Ariba Business Network portal.

For questions about registering in Ariba, contact the Office of State Procurement at 501‑682-HELP (4357).
