Professional Credentials
The Office of State Technology is responsible for issuing and managing the State’s Email Signature Policy and Email Signature Standard. The Policy permits an employee to include a professional credential in the employee’s email signature block if the credential has been approved by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). OPM maintains the official list of credentials that may be used in an employee’s email signature.
