Lead the development and execution of the facility’s strategic goals and objectives, aligning with state mandates and the facility’s mission to provide excellent care. Ensure the facility is in full compliance with the Arkansas Nursing Home Licensing Act, federal healthcare regulations, and the standards set by the Arkansas Department of Health and other regulatory agencies. Develop and manage the nursing home’s budget, ensuring financial stability and resource optimization. Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development of all nursing home staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels in accordance with regulatory requirements. Represent the nursing home at public meetings, conferences, and health-related forums to promote the facility and build community partnerships.
