Marketing and Redistribution Manager
The Marketing and Redistribution Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and overseeing the redistribution of products or services across various channels. This role combines creative marketing strategies with efficient distribution planning to ensure that both promotional efforts and channel operations align with agency goals. Typical Functions:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at target customer segments. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising initiatives to promote brand recognition and sales. Plan and manage the redistribution of products or services to ensure optimal availability within various distribution channels. Analyze regional sales data and market trends to optimize inventory allocation and distribution routes. Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with distribution capabilities and overall business objectives. Coordinate with external vendors, distributors, and retail partners to maintain seamless product flow and high service standards. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to refine marketing strategies and redistribution plans. Generate detailed reports and performance metrics regarding campaign effectiveness and distribution efficiency, making adjustments based on analytics. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and redistribution projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Forecast sales and distribution needs based on market research and historical data. Ensure all marketing practices adhere to industry regulations and pre-determined agency policies. Maintain accurate records of all marketing initiatives and distribution operations with an emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage cross-departmental collaboration, and build strong relationships with external partners. Proficiency in analyzing market data, performance metrics, and financial reports to drive strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective marketing messaging and contributor coordination. Experience with digital marketing platforms, data analysis tools, and distribution management software.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management, with exposure to logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. Demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns combined with hands-on experience in managing product distribution strategies. A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets in dynamic business environments.
