Ammonia & Industrial Training Supervisor / Expert

The Ammonia & Industrial Training Supervisor / Expert is a highly specialized professional responsible for developing, delivering, and overseeing advanced training programs focused on industrial maintenance and ammonia refrigeration systems. This role involves designing curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, evaluating student progress, and ensuring that students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain and operate industrial equipment and ammonia refrigeration systems effectively. The supervisor / expert collaborates with industry partners, educational agencies, educational institutions, and employers in an attempt to ensure that training programs meet industry standards and workforce needs.

Typical Functions:

The assignment of supervisory duties is determined by the hiring agency’s operational needs. Non-supervisory roles will serve as senior technical experts. Develop and implement advanced training programs on industrial maintenance and ammonia refrigeration systems. Create and update comprehensive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, and assessment tools. Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops designed to teach students advanced techniques in maintaining and operating industrial equipment and ammonia refrigeration systems. Evaluate and assess students’ progress through rigorous evaluations, tests, and practical assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement. Ensure that training programs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Maintain detailed records of training activities, student progress, and certification achievements. Collaborate with industry partners, educational agencies, educational institutions, and employers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions. Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in industrial maintenance and ammonia refrigeration technology. Provide mentorship and expert guidance to students, helping them develop their skills and knowledge to an advanced level. Organize and coordinate training schedules, resources, and materials to ensure the seamless delivery of training programs.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Patience and empathy in working with students and providing expert support. Proficiency in using advanced training software and educational technology tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial maintenance and ammonia refrigeration, including extensive hands-on experience with maintenance and operation of ammonia refrigeration systems. Proven experience in developing and delivering advanced technical training programs. In-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance principles, practices, and technologies. Expert understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems, including advanced safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with students, including entry-level workers and experienced professionals. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices and advancements.
