Workplace violence can occur in any setting and may include physical assaults, threatening behavior, verbal abuse or active threats. This course is designed to help employees recognize early behavioral clues, understand how violence may appear in the workplace, identify active threats, and learn effective reporting and prevention strategies. Participants will explore how to respond safely and appropriately when dealing with coworkers or customers who may display concerning behaviors.
