Advanced Procurement covers what you need to know about more complex procurement solutions, such as invitations for bid (IFB), requests for proposals (RFP), atypical procurements, and statewide & cooperative contracts.  The RFP process is covered in depth, including preparing an RFP, bid opening, bid evaluation, and award.  Completion of Procurement Fundamentals is highly recommended.
