Please Note: If you are adding a dependent, you must submit the required documentation. All elections and documentation must be received by 11:59 PM on October 31. Any changes made during Open Enrollment will become effective January 1, 2025. If you are not making changes to your coverage, you do not need to re-enroll during Open Enrollment.
