An important message from Beneliance, administrators of the State’s FSA and DC FSA accounts.

We are still experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of claims for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Dependent Care FSAs, which continues to impact processing and reimbursement timelines.
While a majority of claims have been processed, we expect processing times to return to normal by Thursday, April 9.
Reminder:
When submitting FSA claims, please include:
- Provider or merchant name
- Name of the individual for whom the product/service was provided
- Date of service or purchase
- Amount charged
- Description of the item or service
When submitting Dependent Care claims, please include:
- Date(s) of service
- Claim amount
- Name of the individual who received the service
- Facility/Service Provider’s name, address, and Tax ID
